What’s included in my plan

The most common question about this dashboard is “why can’t I see that menu item?” This page answers it.

Three different things can hide a feature

They fail differently, so knowing which one you have hit tells you what to do.

#CauseWhat you seeFix
1The app is not installedThe menu item is gone from the sidebarInstall it from the App Store
2Your plan lacks the featureThe menu item is still there, but the page errors or shows an upgrade messageUpgrade
3You used up an allowanceAn upgrade message when you try to add one moreUpgrade, or delete something

Check the App Store first. A missing menu item is almost always an uninstalled app, not your plan — plan restrictions leave the menu alone and fail when you open the page. See Apps & integrations.

Features your plan can switch on or off

Each of these is on or off. If yours is off, the menu item stays but the feature refuses to work.

Some plans also list POS support, digital products, Facebook Pixel, Google Data Layer, Google eCommerce tracking, access to customer data and inventory management.

Allowances you can use up

These are numbers, and they reset each billing month. Package Overview shows each one used against its limit.

“Unlimited” is real. A plan showing Unlimited has no cap at all on that item.

Hitting your order limit does not stop your shop

This surprises people, and it is the most reassuring thing on this page.

Customers can keep ordering. Orders placed on your storefront — whether the customer is logged in or checking out as a guest — go through past your limit. The system records a warning for us; the customer sees nothing and the order arrives normally.

What stops is you creating orders by hand. Creating an order manually from the dashboard is blocked once you are over.

So an order limit reached mid-month means: keep trading, renew when you can, and in the meantime take phone orders down on paper or ask the customer to order through the site.

The other allowances are hard limits. Over your product limit, you cannot add a product at all.

Where to check your own numbers

Sidebar → Settings → Billing → Package Overview.

Six figures at the top — orders, products, staff, warehouses, page edits and storage. Everything else is listed below, with exhausted allowances in red.

Bear in mind two things about that page:

  • The numbers are for the current billing month, shown next to your package name.
  • Your shop may have individual overrides agreed with us that differ from the published plan. Where one exists, the override is what applies — and it is what Package Overview shows.

When your plan expires

Four stages, and only the last blocks you:

  1. Active — everything works
  2. Warning — the last 7 days, an amber banner, full access
  3. Grace period — expired, but still full access. The length is set by us and shown in the message
  4. Expired — the dashboard is blurred behind a message you cannot dismiss

While expired, only Billing, Invoices, Package Overview, Billing History and Support stay open.

Your storefront never stops. Customers browse and order throughout. Orders keep arriving; you just cannot process them until you renew.

Free plans never expire. If your plan costs nothing, none of the above applies to you.

Downgrading

You cannot move to a cheaper plan yourself — the button is deliberately disabled. Contact support, who will check what you would lose first.

If your shop has an individually agreed price, plan changes go through support too; your card will only offer Renew.

Common problems

“A menu item disappeared.” Uninstalled app, nine times in ten. Sidebar → Apps → Installed Apps. Also check whether that app’s payment lapsed — an unpaid app is paused and hides itself the same way.

“The page loads but shows an error instead of content.” Your plan does not include that feature. Most pages fail this way rather than with a tidy upgrade message.

“I have room left but it still says limit reached.” Package Overview counts the current billing month. Also check whether an override applies to your shop.

“Everything is blurred.” Expired, past the grace period. Renew from Plans & Pricing — that page still works.
